We will report the status of the Okuma Analysis and Research Center including the facilities, efforts of human resource development and technological development toward start operation of the facilities. Regarding the status of development of facilities, we will report on the construction status of the Laboratory-1, and current status of the Laboratory-2 and safety measures taken into consideration in the facility design for handling of fuel debris.

We aim to evaluate diffusion risk of various radioactive elements in the 1F contaminated water by clarifying their environmental mobility. In this study, we report a method that can relatively easily investigate mobility of radioactive elements using microspectroscopy in microscale experiment.
